About Agrivantage

Agri & Commercial Finance and Depreciation Specialists

Agrivantage evolved from recognising the need for specialised skills to gain a competitive advantage in agricultural and commercial finance, and the depreciation opportunities that can increase return on investment.

The debt market is constantly changing, with many influencing factors determining rates and lending policies. A client needs to understand the nature of the markets, the competition, and the offers between lenders, to know what package suits their purpose, or what financial institutions provide the most competitive offer.

Agrivantage takes the smoke and mirrors out of lending, focusing on educating the borrower about bank metrics. While ensuring the most competitive packages are obtained, Agrivantage offers a financial monitoring platform, empowering clients with the tools to recognise their bankability, strength of position, serviceability, and the ability to sensitise crucial variables to gauge the impacts at any given point in time.

Keeping your finger on the financial pulse instills the confidence to pivot to growth opportunities or adjust to changing circumstances.

Agrivantage recognises there are substantial depreciation benefits being lost on farms purchased within the last 10 years. Land cannot be depreciated, but there may be infrastructure assets on the land that are depreciable such as fences, buildings, yards, silos, tanks and dwellings.

Agrivantage educate clients and their tax advisors on how these benefits can be captured and be compliant with ATO tax obligations, ultimately boosting the buyers returns on investment.
