Depreciation
Agrivantage is partnered with Rural Depreciation Specialists (RDS) who provide on-farm inspections and depreciation reporting, separating land, dwellings, and structural improvements to ensure ATO compliance and maximise the deductions claimed.
In the last 200 farms assessed, an average of 22.4% unrecognised depreciation has been captured on farms purchased or transferred in the previous ten years. This equates to approximately $900,000 on a purchase of $4mil, increasing the return on investment.
